Terms and Conditions of Sale | LOOVRA Paris

Effective from 31/10/2026

Article 1: Seller and scope

The website loovraofficial.com ("LOOVRA Paris") is operated by:
TRTS CORP, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI)
231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France
Email: contact@loovraofficial.com
SIREN: 920 128 691 · SIRET: 920 128 691 00010
EU VAT number: FR49920128691
Tel.: 07 82 0090 61 01
(the "Seller").

These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") apply to all sales made on the website between the Seller and consumers (the "Customer"), for delivery to mainland metropolitan France. The products offered are: perfumes, face and body cosmetics, hair care, hygiene, make-up and sun care.

The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page (Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code). Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour or packaging do not affect the conformity or quality of the products. Offers are valid while stocks last.

The Customer accepts these Terms by ticking the box provided when ordering. The Terms in force on the date of the order apply; they can be consulted on the website at any time. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Seller's computer system is evidence of the transactions concluded.

Article 2: Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT at 20% included). The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are added to the price of the products and shown before the order is confirmed: €3.95 including VAT when the value of the products, after discounts, is below €40 including VAT; free delivery from €40 including VAT.

Any announced price reduction refers to the lowest price charged by the Seller during the 30 days before the reduction (Article L112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code).

The invoice is sent to the Customer by email and remains available in their customer account.

Article 3: Orders

To place an order, the Customer:

  1. selects the products and adds them to the basket;
  2. logs in or creates an account;
  3. enters a delivery address and chooses a delivery method;
  4. checks the order summary (products, quantities, prices, delivery charges) and corrects any errors;
  5. accepts these Terms by ticking the box provided;
  6. confirms the order with the button "order with obligation to pay" (or equivalent wording, Article L221-14 of the French Consumer Code) and pays.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed (Article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code). The Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation by email (Article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code).

Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. The Seller may refuse an order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, the Customer is informed without delay and refunded the corresponding amount within 14 days of payment at the latest.

Article 4: Payment

The full price is payable when ordering. Payment is secured by PayPal (PrestaShop Checkout). The available methods are:

  • bank card (Visa, Mastercard and other accepted cards);
  • PayPal account;
  • PayPal Pay in 4, subject to PayPal's approval and terms;
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the device used.

Payment data is encrypted and processed directly by PayPal; the Seller has no access to it. The order is processed only once payment has been authorised.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland metropolitan France, excluding Corsica and the islands, at the address given by the Customer. They are shipped from the warehouse of the Seller's logistics partner in Spain and delivered by the carrier GLS. The Customer receives a tracking link.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of the order. If this time is exceeded, the Customer may require the Seller, by email or in writing, to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing that, the Customer may terminate the contract (Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code). The sums paid are then refunded within 14 days at the latest (Article L216-7 of the same code).

If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, the Customer is invited to record reservations with the carrier and to inform the Seller at contact@loovraofficial.com. This does not limit the Customer's legal guarantees in any way (Article 8).

Article 6: Transfer of ownership and risk

Ownership of the products passes to the Customer once the price has been paid in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when they take physical possession of the products (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). For an order delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

How to withdraw: the Customer notifies their decision before the period expires, by email to contact@loovraofficial.com or by post to 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, using the form below or any other unequivocal statement.

Returning the products: once the notification is received, the Seller may ask the Customer for photos of the products. The Seller then sends a return slip. The products are sent back to the address shown on that slip, no later than 14 days after the notification (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). Unless otherwise stated on the return slip, return costs are paid by the Customer.

Condition of returned products: to be refunded in full, the product must be returned:

  • without having been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics;
  • without having been damaged or altered in any way;
  • in its original packaging;
  • with its serial or identification number intact.

Otherwise, the Customer is liable for the loss in value of the product (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). This loss in value may amount to the full price when the product can no longer be resold; in that case, no refund is due for that product.

Refund: subject to the condition of the returned products, the Seller refunds the sums paid, including the initial delivery charges, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment. The Seller may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the Customer provides proof of having sent them back (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).

Exception: under Article L221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed by the Customer after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This covers perfumes and cosmetics whose protective film, seal or cap seal has been opened.

Withdrawal form (complete and return only if the Customer wishes to withdraw):

To TRTS CORP (LOOVRA Paris), 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, contact@loovraofficial.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods:
Order number:
Ordered on: Received on:
Name of consumer:

Article 8: Legal guarantees

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). To use them, the Customer contacts the Seller at contact@loovraofficial.com, giving the order number and, if possible, a photo of the defect.

The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to prove the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.

The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.

If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee. If the consumer asks for a repair but the seller imposes a replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods, or end the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if: 1° the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° the repair or replacement takes place after thirty days; 3° the repair or replacement causes the consumer major inconvenience; 4° the lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to remedy it.

The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that an immediate price reduction or termination is justified. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

Any period during which the goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered.

These rights result from Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who obstructs in bad faith the application of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L241-5 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in exchange for returning them.

The guarantees do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence or professional use of the products.

Article 9: Personal data

The data controller is TRTS CORP, sole trader (EI), reachable at contact@loovraofficial.com. Data collected when ordering (identity, contact details, delivery address, order history) is used to process and deliver orders, provide customer service and meet accounting and tax obligations. It is shared, for these purposes only, with the logistics partner, the carrier GLS and PayPal.

The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which can be exercised at contact@loovraofficial.com. The Customer may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Retention periods and details of processing are set out in the privacy policy.

Article 10: Intellectual property

The content of the website belongs to the Seller and its partners. Any full or partial reproduction without written permission is prohibited (Articles L122-4 and L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Article 11: Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by French law. They are written in French; in the event of translation, only the French version is authentic.

Article 12: Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, the Customer contacts customer service at contact@loovraofficial.com or by post at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

Under Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net. The mediator can only be approached after a prior written complaint to the Seller (Article L612-2 of the French Consumer Code).

Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent court under ordinary rules of law.
