Shipping

Orders placed before 11am (working days) are processed the same day; after that, processing starts the next working day. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, to mainland metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and the islands), by GLS, with a tracking link. The parcel is delivered without signature.

Delivery charges: €3.95 incl. VAT for orders below €40 incl. VAT after discounts; free from €40 incl. VAT. Two orders placed separately cannot be combined.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product

Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, at contact@loovraofficial.com, with your order number and:

• Damaged product: a photo of the product and its label (reference visible).
• Defective product (e.g. spray not working): a photo or a short video.
• Product not matching your order: a photo of the product and its label.

After checking, we replace the product or, if that is not possible, refund it. This does not limit your legal guarantees (see our Terms, Article 8).

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Make your request from your customer account or by email to contact@loovraofficial.com.

We may ask you for photos of the product, then send you a return slip with the address and instructions. The parcel must be sent back with tracking, no later than 14 days after your request. Return costs are paid by you, unless otherwise stated on the return slip.

To be refunded in full, the product must be returned:

• without having been used or handled beyond what is necessary to examine it;
• without having been damaged or altered;
• in its original packaging;
• with its serial or identification number intact.

Otherwise, the refund is reduced by the loss in value of the product, which may amount to the full price if the product can no longer be resold.

Opened perfumes and cosmetics: for hygiene reasons, a product whose film, seal or cap seal has been removed cannot be returned.

The refund is made within 14 days, using the same means of payment, after the returned product is received. Full details in our Terms, Article 7.
