Shipping of Your Parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online. Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage fees. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk. Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are adequately protected.

Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Items can be returned if they are damaged or do not match the order. Within 48 hours after receiving the products, the customer must provide photos of the items, including:

• DAMAGED ITEM: a photo of the damaged product and the label with the product reference clearly visible. If sufficient proof is provided, we will proceed with replacing the item. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the cost of the product.
• If the product has a malfunction (e.g., spray that doesn’t work), after investigation, we will proceed with a refund of the product cost.

Note: No refund or replacement will be accepted if the product differs from what is shown in our images.

• INCORRECT ITEM: please provide a photo of the product and its label with the reference clearly visible for any item that does not match the order.

Ensure that the product meets the following return conditions:

• The product has not been used or handled;
• The product has not been damaged or altered in any way;
• The product is returned in its original packaging;
• The reason for the return is not related to normal wear and tear;
• The product's serial or identification number has not been altered.

Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please consult articles L221-23 and L221-24 of the Consumer Code for applicable deadlines. You have a maximum of 14 days to return this product at your expense. After the period specified by the code, we will no longer be able to refund you.

Your refund request must be made from your personal account on our online site LOOVRA.

The withdrawal period starts from the day of receipt of the goods, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The parcel must be returned at your expense via "Colissimo with tracking" to the address provided to you, with the return number given in response to your request.
